Featuring our newest grape from the Okanagan, Viognier is known for its natural aromatic flavours such as honeysuckle, pineapple, and tangerine. The potential quality of the Viognier grape depends on a long and warm growing season, for the grape to mature to its full potential. The colouration of this Viognier is a pale straw yellow with subtle hints of light green. Try a bottle with baked brie, seafood, or fondue.

Taking place from April 4th to April 11th, 2021, the CARHA Hockey World Cup is the largest international adult recreational hockey tournament in the world. It has been hosted every four years since 1996, and this edition of the tournament is expected to attract 2,500 participants from all across Canada, United States, Europe and Asia to Richmond for a week of hockey and celebration.
Lulu Island Winery is providing three brand new, limited edition wines for this event. We have labelled these wines in conjunction with CARHA Hockey, and will allow participants and spectators to take home a great gift or souvenir to commemorate their time. Lulu Island Winery will also be hosting special events for the athletes during their time away from the rink, as well as hockey-themed events for the public, leading up to, as well as during this week of April 4th to April 11th, 2021.
We look forward to meeting with you at Lulu Island Winery, giving you a special taste of Richmond, and cheering for athletes from 15 countries around the world at the CARHA Hockey World Cup!
